User Experience Design
User experience design brings clarity to the complexities of human interaction with digital products. The process of mapping out interactions in a design-neutral format such as a wireframe prototype provides the opportunity to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of a potential solution.
Wireframes are just one deliverable in the user experience design process. Other key deliverables include user personas to understand target audience characteristics and needs, user journeys to map out audience experiences with the solution, and site maps to define content structure and navigation models. User experience design is often tightly integrated with research activities; clickable prototypes are a great tool to gauge the potential effectiveness of a digital strategy before the project has gone too far down a design or implementation phase.
Every project case study showcased on this website includes some level of user experience design.
