Today’s challenges require the skills to navigate ambiguous project requirements and effectively collaborate with other professionals, from stakeholders to colleagues to direct reports.
As a deeply empathetic leader, I care about what drives team members to do their best work and to be successful as a high-functioning team. Many of my experiences from agency work to multi-firm collaborations have relied on successful cross-discipline collaboration and teamwork. Most projects I am able to showcase on this website have been solo efforts from strategy to deployment, but some like the ones here have required some level of team leadership and management.
